This stunning Lathlain kitchen and bar design features a one-of-a-kind island with layered American Oak timber and luxurious Caesarstone Black Tempal surfaces, complemented by striking Black Polytec Cove cabinetry with a curved texture.
Integrated lighting highlights the island base and splashback, emphasising the beautiful veins of the Black Tempal stone. The asymmetrical elements are perfectly balanced, with sleek, fingerprint-resistant Polytec VENETTE cabinetry completing the sophisticated, modern look.
2. Carramar
Our Carramar renovation features an extraordinary modern kitchen, scullery, and bespoke bar with a unique Caesarstone splashback that lowers to reveal a hidden whiskey bar.
With no expense spared, it also boasts a striking island with layered Caesarstone Frosty Carrina and Piatra Grey surfaces, an integrated ice bucket, and halo lighting. This Modern Shaker kitchen in Victoria Park blends classic charm with contemporary design, offering a practical layout for family life.
Featuring Polytec Ascot cabinetry in Classic White, Prime Oak overhead cupboards, and a unique island with solid American Oak legs, it serves as a stylish hub for entertaining. Black industrial handles and a white tiled splashback add texture and tie the design together with the home’s original era.
4. Lesmurdie
This award-winning Hamptons-style kitchen, part of a large Perth hills renovation in Lesmurdie, was designed for a family of six and won the 2022 HIA award for New Kitchen $60,001-$80,000.
Featuring elegant Polytec Hamptons cabinetry, a spacious island with Caesarstone Cosmopolitan White benchtops, and high-end appliances, it perfectly blends luxury and functionality. The expansive scullery adds ample storage and workspace, making this kitchen a true dream for both everyday living and entertaining.
5. Duncraig
This stunning Mid-Century-inspired kitchen in Duncraig, winner of the 2023 Polytec Design Awards ‘People’s Choice Award,’ combines timeless design with contemporary functionality.

This Dianella kitchen renovation showcases sophistication and sleek, modern design. Transforming the space entirely, our client Elena sought a minimalist, contemporary aesthetic with timeless appeal and striking visual impact.
The centerpiece is a stunning Stone Ambassador Elysian White island and high stone splashback, complemented by Polytec Black Ply cabinetry with a subtle open-grain texture for added depth.
A feature rangehood in Polytec Calcutta 25, paired with a floating shelf and integrated lighting, creates another standout focal point. Custom-built for Simon and Manja, the kitchen boasts black handleless Polytec VENETTE cabinetry with fingerprint-resistant technology, paired with layered Caesarstone Black Tempal and Rugged Concrete benchtops.

The design features Polytec Casino Profile cabinetry in classic white, complemented by stunning Caesarstone Statuario Maximus on the island and Jet Black surfaces near the cooktop and in the scullery.
