This striking kitchen design was completed for Dale Alcock Homes’ latest display home, now open in Piara Waters. Its practical layout offers a peninsula with breakfast bar seating, a huge walk-in scullery that connects with the laundry, double 600mm ovens, an integrated dishwasher, and ample storage and bench space.

This contemporary kitchen design embraces some of this year’s hottest kitchen trends, such as texture and colour. It’s a brilliant example of how a neutral colour choice of white can really come to life when paired with a creative vision.

Contemporary Colour Selections

Colour in kitchens is trending right now, and this design packs a punch with a striking pink tiled splashback selection.

The cabinetry colours in this kitchen are Polytec Blossom White Smooth and Natural Oak Ravine. The Blossom White Smooth selection gives this kitchen a sleek flat surface texture and combines the Cove 50 profile panels, adding a concave curve to the kitchen peninsula. The Natural Oak Ravine cabinetry contrasts against this and has an embossed woodgrain surface adding another layer of texture to the design.

The benchtops are Caesarstone Fresh Concrete, which gives the look of a modern, crisp white concrete finish with subtle grey flecks throughout.

Cabinetry Design Elements

The cabinetry throughout this kitchen has clean lines and is sleek with its handleless shark fin grip profile. On the rear wall of cabinetry, the overhead cupboards are finished off with an asymmetrical floating shelf design in the contrasting Natural Oak colour selection.

In the wall of tall cabinetry to the left of this design, there is a open shelf design that breaks up a longer line of cupboards.

In this home’s ensuite, we have also used the Blossom White Smooth Cove 50 profile cabinetry, which adds texture and detail to an all-white design.
